thats kind of a lot to ask a group of people that are putting out $650 every 6000 miles or so for back tires, , perhaps you could ask some Corvett guys,,,they should not have much rear tire wear, :rotf:

You want to see a burn out video???

Send $19.95 to PO BOX 19834 Sarasota, FL 34276 plus $5.00 for shipping and handling,

I think that should be enough to cover the loss of milage on my new set of Nitto 555 305/35/18's drags that I just put on,,,,,,,

Ill melt the tarmac,,,,,,,MAC!,,,,,,with about 525 RWHP Ill kill a couple thousand mosquito's too

travisI say wooohaaa, That is a cool idea, I have cool videos of my cobra at the drag strip, unfortanatley offshore, so unable to post them! :( But, hey, what fun, I have a set of nittos that are scrap! I am going to mount them and roast them! I will make a video, it will be great! But to all of you who don't want to watch, please close your eye's. After wich I have a brand new set of BFG's to install, and since my car doesn't go on the road anymore, they should last more than 2000 miles! OOps, that would be an understatement, I think two years should be a better statement!

That sounds like an expensive thing to do especially with street tires. If you are after good performance they become expensive and their life is not long. Perhaps the next time I wear the new one's down to slicks I may get some video or if I ever get some drag radials for use at the track only I may do just that. For now, my new tires will not get the abuse of a sit and burn. I get many people requesting to see me light them up but it is just not worth it.

Not a bad request at all, just a difficult one to get on video.
