Just picked the car up from Slaters today.

They did 4 pulls:
1st-575rwhp
2nd-577rwhp
3rd-581rwhp
4th-595rwhp:thumbsup:

the car runs great!:thumbsup:
Monday I have to put it up on the stands so I can put my new pads and rotors on. So I might not have the car there on Tuesday.:(

I am happy with the numbers, I was hopping for the 600 mark but but 581 and 595 is not bad.:thumbsup:

same as the rwhp just 2or3 number difference. 592rwt and 595 rwhp

I'll post it tonight after the club meet. I dont have it at work it is at home. the air fule was 12:1

I just looked at the dyno sheet and the air fule is at 11.5.

Better rings and pistons means higher air/fuel ratio! 11.5 is good. :thumbsup:

Can i see the one with 595rwhp, cause on that dyno sheet they have good reading of 11.5 across. If it is 12.1 you should be concern "kaboom" very soon.the reason i would like to see it cause in the past they had given me a dyno sheet of 13.5 a/f on my GT just to make my numbers higher....

I dont have that dyno sheet because we did not tune the car at 595 do to the a/f. So the car is tuned at 11.5 now with 572 rwhp and 522 torque. and 17 lbs of boost. what did your 03 dyno at with the wipple?

There is no safe tune past 550 to the rear wheels on a stock block 03/04 Cobra. It is not a question of if, but when it gives :(

I thought he already had a built bottom end with the proper 2618 pistons ... and the correct piston to wall clearance...

Still an issue... just not as critical as a .001" piston to wall motor...

If I read your sheets you had a 11.5 A/F with 561 RWHP
If you hit 595 you would have needed to be around 12 to get that HP. It you are in the 12's then you are playing with fire. IF you have it set at the 11.5 you will be OK.

So I am going to have the kb chip retuned and put it back in the car and see what that does. Andre from custom tuning is going to retune the kb chip this Saturday.

I was thinking the same thing :D

Aaron, the Forum shows text in white by default for those using the dark blue color scheme, so you don't need to specify text color as white. BUT if you do specify white (which you do alot) it overrides the scheme default, SO those of us using the light blue color scheme, can't read what you typed unless we highlight it, or switch, because the light blue scheme uses (needs) black font by default.

If you don't get what I'm saying, scroll down to the bottom left where the drop down says "The Blues" and change it to "Lighter Shade of Blues" or "Bleeched" and try to read your white characters. :thumbsup:

He had 17lbs. of boost, Ford Racing whipple, I tuned it, 18 degrees of timing on max around 15-16 on this particular run, A/F is right at 11.6-11.7, and this was done on a dyno jet.

It's safe enought to play with and nt pop or stress too much.

Wrong car, AF1 has a KB and S/C Stang has a FFRP Whipple!

I still have the 2.2 kb on. I never bought a whipple,
