The status is, there is no cobra. I found only one that I could afford in decent condition. I passed it up.

INSTEAD.....I got this. I hope this is close enough for all of you ;)

It is an 03. 29K on the clock. I got a heck of a deal. So I am happy.

If I could have afforded an 03 Cobra for a DD, I would have gotten it. Once I woke up, I couldn't pass this deal up.

So, maybe down the road I'll finally get my Cobra, but for now, this will have to do. :)

Congrats Mark....finally up with the times and in a MOD MOTOR!!! ;)

So what became of the Fox vert you had?? What are the future mods to the GT?? That GT looks like the one Corn had before he went to the darkside....you could set it up like he had. :dunno:

The fox vert was gone a long time ago. That required TOO much work.

I have an 86 GT in the garage. That will go too because I don't have time to work on it.

I just have put dreams of a fox aside for now, mainly because I don't have jack for time to work on it.

I already have like 10 people interested in my '86. It needs a bit of body work, but other than that, it is in pretty good shape. Motor smokes a tiny bit, but not really badly. There is some rust on it...but the interior is mint. ;)

Future mods for the 03 include K&N and a flowmaster catback. It already has a short throw shifter in it. Tint will be done pretty soon, I don't like a non-tinted car...headlights are too dang bright. :)

Dang, nice car Mark. I like. I would love a DD like that.

:D

It is a heck of a lot better than driving a honda back and fourth to work.

I actually find myself eagerly awaiting the end of my shift, because I get to drive the GT home. :D

My wife named it...she calls it the millenium falcon. So yeah, I've kinda adopted that name for it as well...I thought it was original. :)

It is a fun car. Putting Royal Purple in it later this week for its first oil change...and tranny change. I'll probably also do the diff too.
