My friend Royce has a 1987 302 for sale. It is disassembled. The block has been bored .30 thousanths, new pistons, new oil pump, new timing chain set, 1 new rod and the heads have been reworked. It has been sitting in his garage for 5 years. There is some surface rust on the top of the block. He also has a set of leather seats for the '87 as well, 1 small hole in a headrest.
