Well I guess it is my turn to have something go wrong with the Cobra.

Someone backed into the front of my car today while I had my dog at Gulf Coast Vet Specialist. I did not even know it until about 10 hours later. The S.O.B. did not even leave a note with their info.

Since I use it as a daily driver I am always very careful where I park and today was no exception. I parked on an end spot and someone must have backed into the drivers side front bumper leaving a large gash and markings on the bumper and cracked the head light lens.

This really sucks because it takes me out of showing it at FFW and probably the Beaumont Mustang / Ford show.

That sucks!!!

Are there security cameras at the Vet???

Perhaps they would be willing to cover your damage with their insurance...

Ask who the insurance company is for their facility...

Maybe they would be willing to find out who the hitter was if they are looking at a damage claim.

I would ask for a photo copy of the appointment log for that time period...(before it disappears).

Grocery stores have been known to cover damage in their parking lot..

If they want to protect the privacy of the criminal element of their clientele, then they should be willing to cover your damage.

Is there any paint from the other vehicle on your car???

I will call on Monday to see if there are any security cameras that may have taped the incident. It looks like it was a white vehicle that hit me.

Thats terrible! Thats exactly why I don't like to drive mine on the road, I am not worried about myself, just all the other cell phone and non driving people out there. That don't know how to keep there attention to the road. Some people really don't respect other peoples stuff. If they didn't leave a note, they probrably are the type of person that doesn't have insurance anyway.

Well good luck, and hope you get it repaired quick! You should Rancourt, they are great for that, and maybe they could get it done quick! My car is currently there now, getting the finishing touches done, for the Fun Ford weekend.
