We have a chance to buy a 1995 Cobra "R" and/or a 1994 Cobra Pace Car. these are still new and untitled but we cannot find a value on these cars as they sit.
The 1995 R has 411 Miles from Parades and car shows and the 1994 PAce car has 113 Miles from 2 parades and 1 car show.

Help me find a value for these if anyone knows.
Also If anyone is interested in either of these please let me know and I can pass on the contact info.

Here are some pics.

here are some pics of the pace Car. I also have a question for the PAce car Junkies, Aren't these supposed to have a big PACR CAR decal on the sides or was this an option?

The decals on the Pace Car were put on at the owner's request. If they are not on the car they should come WITH the car. Not sure on the price of the Pace Car.

The '95 could easily go for $35K....E-bay had some with more miles at that price, but I don't think it sold.

Both are BEAUTIFUL cars....are they local?? I'd love to go see them and

Not Local but they are at a Really Nice price. Checking on the decals with the pace car but I we are seriously thinking of the R for storage/road race some and later Barret Jackson.

As Mike said, the pace car stickers were in the trunk in a white box.
Pace cars that have been on Ebay with low miles usually don't sell and the high bid is $25 - $28k. One (if I remember correctly) had a buy it now for like $33k, but did not sell. Cars with less than 10k miles have high bids of high $teens. Barrett Jackson had one that sold never titled for $36k.
Very nice find, would love to have both of them.....
I would think putting them at Barret Jackson would bring the most money?

Thank you sir. We are considering one of the right now but not both. The price is right for the Pace car but the R is going to be sold for $45K and if not sold it will continue to sit in the storage and be re-bubbled like it was before the pictures.

Damn.. ..for $45K I'd take a GT500.

WOW, $45k for the R is a little up there  . Course there are only 300 of them compared to 1000 Indy Pace cars.

So if they are wanting $23K for the pace car than it might be worth getting??????????????

That R will never sell for $45K but good luck with that idea...If I was you if you did buy it I would keep it for a long time...

actually only 250 '95 Rs were made.. ;)...but that still doesn't warrant a $45K price tag.

Joey,

I've done some checking on the R board on SVT Performance and it appears the 95 R is worth between $30K and $35K. It is most definitely not worth $45K at this moment in time. Wait another 10+ years and maybe?...

A bone stock low mileage 2000 R is fetching between $45K and $55K or even more in some instances at the moment. I know of a 38 mile 2000 R which recently sold for $55K.

I think you will continue to see prices creep up for these low mileage "Bone Stock" Cobra R's in the future. However, if you are buying this as some sort of "investment"?? my advice is put your money in real estate or the stock market instead. Cars are NEVER a good investment long term. Just my two cents of course. YMMV!

Did they drain the fuel cell in the R ?? If not there may be some big problems

I second that statement :D If you are not going to drive it, dont invest. put you money in the bank you will come out ahead.
