I may be asking for the impossible here, but here goes nothing....
I am looking for a house to lease. What I am looking for is:
under 900/month
has a garage
will take my dog (65 lbs)
a decent neighborhood
N of the city (I work a few miles from IAH)

Any help is GREATLY appreciated. I need to move ASAP. A lot of crap has gone down, and I need to get out now.

everything I have found in the price range has been in horrible areas. I talked to a couple of agents. They said they dont make much off of a lease, so they do deal with them often. This is turning out to be a lot harder than I planned.


I think the cobra might go up for sale soon, too. I dont want to, but might have to sell it.
