where are you located? Have you tried your local for dealer? If not, try JohnBoy at Hillbish Ford, in Kannapolis, NC. Tell him you know Torrey and Will at MM Performance and he should give you 10% over cost

No i have looked everywhere. Evey OEM site, but no luck. I found a couple of sites that had something but i think judging by price (no pics) it wasnt what i was looking for. I have a buddy that works at the FORD garage i am seeing what he can find. I also e-mailed a couple of Mustang salvage dealers but no luck yet.

Since they are made of cloth fabric, I guess we could see about getting them redone at a uphoster shop.... I guess the 10th anniv. ones are different from stock ones...

as soon as i get a day off, we have a couple places in town i am gonna see about reupholstering them. and apparently the convertible visors are different from the coupe as well.

So i checked into the visor issue, $209/side through ford at employee cost. reason being because there is a huge bracket that bolts in place. Also ford doesn't even have a left side anymore.

PLan B reupholstering them. ONe shop said he ships them out because they need a machine, looking about $140/pair. but once you pull the visor off the bar it may never fit snuggly back on. Driving with the top down woudl be enough to blow them off. So anyone else have any ideas?

That kind of sucks....

Are coupe/convert visors similar? Would the fabric from coupe visors work on a convert set?

When I was turning my T-2 Cobra back into a street car, I got an extra set of perfect/used visors, but never installed them. Did I finally hang onto a part someone needs?

We have a couple good places here in GA for things like that. MPS auto salvage www.mpsautosalvage.com (http://www.mpsautosalvage.com) , and Prestige mustang http://www.prestigemustang.com/ either of those guy should have what your looking for. I know both of them try to keep as much cobra stuff as possible.

i did find some on e-bay going for about $100,did bid to much at the moment for me , i actually e-mailed prestige mustang but never got a reply back.

coupes and verts should be the same fabric. one guy told me not to pull them off the hing though because they wont ever fit right again?

Go to http://www.palmettoponysales.com/ and ask Justin if they have a set. They are very reasonable on their parts pricing. If you are a member, you get a discount, if not, we welcome you to become an official member and reap some of the club benefits.
