Hi, I am looking at the Centerforce website trying to determine which clutch kit (or Plate & Disk seperately) is right for my 1999 Cobra (32 valve DOHC).

There are four choices; CENTERFORCEŽ I, CENTERFORCEŽ II, CENTERFORCEŽ DUAL FRICTION, DFX BY CENTERFORCEŽ

Here is then link; http://centerforce.com/clutches.tpl?cart=1120862036124873&subsection=clutchtypes

and here is the link to the prices;
http://centerforce.com/clutches.tpl?cart=1120862036124873&subsection=clutchselector&searchStr=csearchStr4&cstep1=step1&cstep2=step2&cstep3=step3&cstep4=step4&carmake=FORD&carmodel=MUSTANG%2C%20MUSTANG%20II%2C%20COBRA&caryear=1999&carcyl=8%20CYLINDER&option=clutches

All four seem to be around the same price range and I have to admit to not being as mechanically minded as I would like, and I am having trouble determining which is best for my needs/$$$. I imagine the Centerforce 1 will more than suffice, but I don't drive a lot (currently drive the Cobra 6-7,000miles/yr.) and I will start driving it much less next year, so I wonder if a more high perfromance kit makes sense given that the price difference is small...but if I do this, do I risk future problems for choosing the high performance clutch kit?

What am I giving up if I choose the dual friction or DFX over the Centerforce 1/2?

Any tips/advice/help is greatly appreciated!!

Thanks!
