The engineering frim I was working for laid off about 20% of the work force this morning. Apparently, there were no contracts coming in. I am back in the market for a E&I designer position. I prefer full time, and also prefer NW Houston, but I can deal with doing some driving for a good opportunity.

Thanks guys.
PM Sent. We a looking for a few good Designers; - several Levels.

Check out Mustang Engineering on the westside of town (I used to work for them) and certainly their competition...

We closed on the house yesterday, then I was laid off 14hrs later. We are moving on the 9th. Volunteers are welcome to help move!! :bounce: Of course, I was going to call you, Ken. Want to trade services? Help us move, and I'll help you guys move when your house is done.

Glad to here that Craig. Everything going well with your new house? Have you taken your neighbors GT 500 for a spin yet :D ?

Jocelyn and I are currently cruising the northern California coast ,in a vert of course, and the weather is great. We were made an offer on our house so if everything goes well we will being moving out very soon but will have at least a two week gap before moving into the new house.

Why do you guys even OWN a house???? You are never there! I think you should just buy a big ass RV and rent a site for the 3 days a year you are actually in Houston.

We are about 90% settled in. That said, I was up until almost midnight last night putting up curtain rods, then up at 4:30 to head for work. I'm a little beat.
