Jimmy is in St. Lukes hospital. Room 547, 832-355-0547.
He is on the national donor list awaiting a liver.
There is a possability that he may get to go home this weekend, I know he would rather be there.
Lets keep he and Gail in our prayers. You can call him at the hospital as he enjoys talking to his extended family (SCMC + car crazy peeps) or try him at home Saturday afternoon. Cell 281-798-2955 (the hospital has all cell phones blocked)
With all that is going on, neither Gail or Jimmy have very much access to a computer, so a visit or phone call would greatly raise their spirits.

Hopefully in the very near future we can all get together and do something for them.

Many thanks on behalf of the Morriseys,

I only met Jimmy at our last Ford show. Talk to him for a while and it's like you know him for years. Really nice guy. He will be in my thoughts and prayers.

They finally are happy with my blood lab numbers and suppression of any infections. I was released 9/13/09 afternoon and spent my 1st night in my own bed in quite a while.

Thank you for all the kind words and prayers. I will be back in the hospital multiple times, in the wait for an available liver.(already received 2 calls but the livers were messed up when they got them out.)

I am more wobbly and fatigue very rapidly, but I am being very careful and am so glad to be home again.

Our cell bills have been really high lately so we modified, beefed up our land line phone so we could use it a little more to save a little bit of ching.
That number is 281-288-3575. Since I will be home nearly always , that will now be the preferred number.

Thanks everyone again!

Just spoke with Jimmy. He seems very happy to be home after spending 17 days in the hospital. He is still waiting for that all important call and is hopeful he can remain home until he is ready to receive the transplant.

Please keep him and Gail in your thoughts and prayers! Hang in there buddy and let us know if you guys need anything.

Glad your home Jimmy! We at Houston Performance Driving hope to see you back on track ASAP!

You will be sad to know your track Nemesis the 2004 M3 was sold off. It will be replaced with a Z06. It needs you to help push it to it's limits. Rub some dirt on it and get back in there!
