Hey Lads,

Has anyone purchased the AFS 18" Cobra wheels?

I'm debating going with these or lowering the car by 1" - or both!

I would say both. I had a set of those rims in the 17" & I liked them the best. 10.5's on the back.

I just bought a set for my '03 a while back. Very very nice rims and they look great on the car. I have a set of Nitto Invos mounted on mine and the car looks absolutely terrific! I have the 18" staggered set, 9" in front and 10.5" in the rear with 275/35's up front and 295/35's in the rear. My car has coilover suspension and is lowered quite a bit from stock and it makes the wide tires look even better.

Great choice! :bounce: You will not be sorry!

they are some nice wheels. get 18's
i've heard of some of the chrome ones flaking off but i'm not sure how common that is.
never had any problems with my satin 18's that i had on at one time

Hey Trent! Thanks again for sending the pictures of your absolutely beautiful Cobra!

Your setup is top-notch. However, my wife likes the "stock" look better (I know... why listen to her? 'Cause she's The Boss!).

I'm going to heed your advice to do 18's before lowering it- I might like the look without the drop.

No problem Jim.

There's nothing wrong the the "stock" look. The factory wheel design still looks great and even better in 18". Do you know what tires you're going to go with? Also when you get them mounted and balance make sure to go to a shop that is careful with wheels and get them to put all the weights on the inside

Beautiful Cobra! I love that color!! thanks for the pictures.

You're right, the wheels look excellent. I've taken the first step and dropped my car with the Eibach Pro Kit. So far, so good.

The 18's may be in my future too...
