Well, I decided I want to go back to running more like a run/walk until I can drop the extra tonnage. my goal is to get back to 175 lbs, that's a 38 pound drop. yeah I know, it's a bold goal...

I've also been taking specifics like what time I leave and what time I get back from my 2.6 mile run. Right now, it's taking me 33 minutes, down 4 minutes from yesterday. I will only do this three times a week so I don't over exert myself.

I also weigh myself before I leave, 213.4 lbs before and 212.6 after I returned, 33 minutes later.

Glucose level before I left = 77, after eating two miniature Reese cups and after the run = 87. Normal is 90-125 so I'm right there.

I do not have a blood pressure meter or heartbeat meter either. Maybe I will invest in that?? :D
