Bonny,

Our club has only scheduled drag racing to date.
Many of us attend various Fun Ford Weekends throughout the race season(http://funford.com/home.html), and a lot of us went to The World Ford Challenge in St. Louis in May (http://www.worldfordchallenge.com/).
For this years local events see: http://nloc.net/forum/showthread.php?s=&threadid=11084

I once tried to schedule an event at Blackhawk Farms but was unsuccessful. Not do to a lack of interest on our part, but rather a failure to receive any acknowledgement to calls made, and messages left with them.
I think a lot of the guys would like to try something other than drag racing with their Lightnings. They really do handle quite well too, you know. I will check and see if there is any interest in going to the Council Bluffs event. In the meantime, keep me informed as to what else you have going. I would have liked to have gone to the Gingerman event. That looked like fun.

Kevin,

I have so many things going all the time, that I usually am in a state of confusion, on top of actually living in the same one as Bonny.

About 3 miles as the crow flies(except the ones they've recently found around here having the West Nile Virus).
