And it looks like pretty much everything I will need is there. Except for maybe a few bolts and some fuel components. I ordered some 42#er's and was thinking about upgrading the fuel rails. Any suggestions? The only two I have seen for 99+ are from SHM and Modular Madness. And for fuel pumps, what are my options? I have a T-Rex that came with the kit, but want to make sure that will work, or if I should go with something else? Any suggestions are appreciated!!!

Don't waste your money upgrading the fuel rails, yours should be sufficient for the power level you'll be at. I'd suggest going to Vortechs website and downloading the manuals for a 99 Cobra, should be a complete parts lists and installation instructions.
Fuel rails are also availabe from Houston Performance and UPR.

With the returnless system I really don't know what to suggest for your fuel system.
