Check out Will Sadler Sliding off Track from John Pearson's In Car Video (http://www.americaniron-east.com/picsvids/videos/WillSadler040503.wmv)

I only wish I had a video camera in my car pointed out the back window - Will's slide was awesome!

Hey Jim,

What happened to Will? He had a good run going until the last lap????

BTW-I was the young red headed guy with the NASA shirt on. I am doing an internship with NASA and I tried to get around to meet everyone, but I was busy helping with timing and scoring and helping Chris and Mike. Later

Dave:thumbsup:

Will slid off track on saturday because of the wet conditions just after the kink.

On sunday his engine developed a hole in the side of the block where a rod kept poking out... 3 turns from the finish!

Sorry to hear that - I have a few spares if you want a reliable stock engine to replace it with...

I'm sorry to hear that Will.

Get one of those engines from Pantas and join us slower folks in AI.

You know, if you were to add a couple of turbos or a supercharger to this:

3.8L V6 (http://www.wildhorsesracing.com/projects/chopsuey/v6t5.jpg)

You could possibly start a new trend in AI - from what I understand they run the same motor w/330hp in the Daytona ARCA series...

I have a 302 block that I am thinking about using for a 331 stroker and just run AI. I was going to stay with a 351, but the crank got trashed and the cam lobes got hit, so......

The only problem with just dropping something in is that my dampner and clutch stuff is setup for an internally balanced motor. I would have to take it apart and have it balanced for that or go buy a clutch setup and dampner. So, i may just use the money for the 302.

what i need is a freakin' sponsor!!

Thanks Cosmo. Info is a little thin from the West. Do you know of any other pics or videos?

I am not sure of who took what pictures other than us. There was a video taken from Guy Cunningham's AI car on Sunday. I will let you know if it gets posted online.
