Just got my car aligned on Friday at NTB on 1960 (near Willowbrook). Cost was $89.99 for those interested. Unlike the dealership, they let you watch if you want (45min - 1hr job) and give you the printed results of before and after. Kind of mad about the "before" in the rear since Tommy Vaugh promised me they had re-done the alignment after swapping out the rear end this last time.

Here are the results. Should I be concerned that he couldn't get the rear left into spec?

All numbers are in degrees:

Looking thru your results from the recent alignment - I'd say they did a good job for you. I compared your results to mine and they are very similar.

This is a tough car to align correctly and it sounds like you've found someone who cares about their work.

We have a new NTB near us and they also have a good alignment tech and the latest laser alignment equipment. (I-45 in the Woodlands)

Hope he doesn't get mad at me...but has anyone used David Mizler's shop?? Wonder how well they compare.

My rain problems were solved by KDW's. I was having a problem with pulling and hydroplaning with the stock T/A's. Never had a traction problem beyond the normal issues with trying to control 320HP in the wet.

I was impressed with the tech. I went out and talked to him after he had the initial results. Even though the front was all "green" as in within spec, he still worked to make it better.

Have them fix your camber on the rear...The camber was positive before so they should be able the adjust it down. For racing it looks good but for street you may wear the inside of the tire down. All the rest looks great for a street car. :rotf:

Good info.As Dave commented rear alignment is critical on these IRS cars. FYI the Carport 1960 @ Walters road is very good with IRS Cobra alignment problems. Cost is the same as NTB:p
