I sold the Mach 1 and now I'm interested in a 94-98 Cobra convertible. I would like the 94/95 model year because it will be my daily driver but any year through 1998 would be okay. I have seen several 1996 droptops (very reasonable) but they were all white and the ones that weren't white had too many miles on them. This is what I am looking for:

Car type: Cobra convertible
Color of choice: Red, Blue, Black, or white in that order
Year: Preferably 1994 or 1995 but will consider others
Other requirements:

Low miles
One owner
totally stock- no mods or only a few

If you see one some where other then Autotrdaer, cars.com, carsforsale.com, or e-bay then let me know. I have already checked those avenues.

Thanks!

There was a triple black at the Winston-Salem show that had 37,000 miles and looked to be in good condition. He was asking $15,900 OBO. I think it was the same car as was posted here earlier by 03DOHCobra (asutton@triad.rr.com) from Greensboro, NC. It may be gone by now. I will keep an eye out over here in East TN.
Good Luck

There's nothing wrong with white either, I just listed my color preference for a convertible as this is what my wife would like. For the record, I called about a white one today too. :)

Cheers! ;)

Tony, I know where a black 95 is. It's a convertible with hard top as well. 4500 actual miles, bone stock. Absolutely mint. I'll have to find the article for his phone number if you want me to. No idea on price.

Okay Tony, the ad looks as though it's at a dealership. It's in the showroom on the picture. It's located in Wilson, NC. (I don't know where that's at). If it's close to me, then I can go and take a look at it for you and take some pictures. The ad shows a 95 cobra (black) with the top on it. The ad reads:

95 FORD MUSTANG COBRA, conv w/hard top, fully loaded, 4500 original miles, mint condition, very rare car, must see!!
(252)237-1111 or (800) 682-2050 Wilson

That's the ad.

I thought it was my buddy's car, but it's not. My friend's car is a black 94 convertible with 50,000 miles. It's not for sale though. I just thought that was his car, so I don't know who's car this is in the ad. Hope this helps.

Yes I called on the Cobra. They have not called me back with a price. I sure hope they don't treat their regular customers that way. :)

Sorry to hear that. I didn't mean for it to happen that way. I just saw it and figured you may want to check it out. BTW, if you're considering looking for something with high miles, not stock, but still a convertible, then I'll sell ya mine. ;)
