I am running a WMS CAI, Steeda underdrives and MAC o/r H pipe. Car is putting down 283 HP and 276 TQ at the rear wheels. AF is around 11.5 to 1. Wondering what the best bang for the buck next modwould be. I have been considering timing adjuster or dyno tune and chip. What do you folks recommend?

I'd look at a tune. That A/F is way too rich for a NA car. A timing adjuster could help...but it's a set timing. A dynotune could adjust your timing where needed (add some here, take some there, etc..) and trim your fuel curves....

You should be looking at 13.1:1 or thereabouts for an NA setup.

Same target A/F on a 5.0? just out of curiosity...

For an N/A car yes. Perfect is 14.7:1 but when can things be perfect (temperature, humidity, load, etc..) so you want to be as close as possible but erring on the 'rich' side. 13.0 - 13.2 on the dyno gives you a little room as with load you'll be closer to 13.5 - 14.0.
