It's the same drive shaft they've used for awhile now. The 03's with the t56's are different however.

The FRPP driveshaft is 1" too long for the 99 Cobra, but i have made it work without any problems.

The 2003 Cobra comes stock with an aluminum driveshaft, which is mated to the longer T-56 tranny and the IRS. I think this is too short, but I have not confirmed it.

Griggs and some others make the correct length DS for the previous IRS Cobras, but they are pricey.

Dave, what does it take to make the FRPP d/s fit my 99 Cobra?
Is this something I can do easily at home?
Thank you for your info.
