They kicked off there first event of the year with a turn out of 131 drivers and over 500 spectators. It was an awesome start to the season and we look forward to future events.

Remember that NASA is here for you, the driver, and all input and suggestions are welcome. See you in April.

It would really rock to have you guys out there, I'll make my car scales available to anyone from SCMC who wants to see what their "baby" weighs (I already owe Stan from last March when I promised to get him weighed and forgot to do it!).

FWIW, a great set of MSR videos on Alan Chavis' website from back when he ran a Cobra (before he got the Z06) are available here, about midway down the page:

http://www.alanchavis.com/videos.htm

These are great for those who have never driven MSR to get a feel for the track layout and a good line through the many off-camber turns.

I'll be out there running in the American Iron class, and we'll have the scales with us so if any of you Cobra types want to see what your baby weighs stop by my Motorhome and say "howdy" and we'll get your car weighed if you like. Either way, it should be a fun weekend!
