I was expecting a little more (around 311 or better), but I have an odd dip between 5200-5600 RPM's. A/F is pretty flat around 13.0-13.5. How is that for A/F? I don't know where the "ideal" A/F should be.

Don't these cars have some kind of variable runner control or something? I know the 98's and older mod cobras have IMRC's, but do these 99's have something that kind of does the same thing? If so, that's probably it.

No, the IMRC's are only on the 96-98 Cobra's but the 99+, I believe, have a segment in the RPM where the program changes over, for safer tune at high rpm.
