i was in the same position u are in, i had looked for a year bfore i got my car. i just bought my cobra two months ago, its a black 97 cobra, all stock with 76k's on it, i bought it for 11,400, i just put in 3.89 gears in it, and it hauls, almost too much power, anyway, so the price this guy has his car at, is factoring all the mod's he got done to it, but everyone always told me bfore i got my car, that u never get back what u put into a car, money wise, so i wouldn't spend 14000 on it, but if u can get him down some, then u would be in good shape, i can't stress enough, to take the car out and really run it hard bfore u buy it, and look at every detail, i mean every detail on, under, and inside the car, cause there will always be something wrong with the car, but as for money, anything around or below 13 is a good price for the cobra, the car sounds like it can fly, with the engine mods and the gearing, but its all up to u, so i hope i everything works out for u, hope i helped out a little, good luck
