I just switched to the 2.8 pulley and aux idler kit. I have a sct tune for 6# of boost. Car is running great with no detonation that I can notice. Do I need to change the spark plugs? if so what type should I use (gap, brand, range)? thanks

I suggest getting some plugs that run a couple of heat ranges cooler, I beleive NGK puts out a good one for boosted motors (TR6 or TR7). The Denzo IT22's are also a good choice, make sure you gap them between .032 and.038 for a cooler spark. You can gap your stock ones to .038 for a cooler spark also. The stock ones are supposed to be gapped between .042-.046 however, just about all of mine were gapped .050. Once I switched plugs my motor ran noticably smoother.

Some of the NGK TR6's have had issues with spark blowout in the past, but others have had great luck with them. I haven't heard any complaints about the Denzos.

Thanks for the info i'm going to get the ngk tr6's. My tuner said to gap at .035. Does anyone know a good link with some pics for installation?
