I bought some new 03 cobra machined wheels. The rears are 17x10.5 with 27mm offset. am i going to be okay with using this particular brand/size tire on these wheels ?
For 99 COBRA with the pos IRS! Technically i do not think it works, but what are your guy's thoughts!?

You should be fine..I have them on my stock 17 x 9 rim with no problems..

With the exception of the head of the IRS bolt that goes into the wheel well, they go right on. Even with springs. I want to say the passenger side is the only one that needs grinding. It doesn't rub at all on the '03 cobras, at least mine didn't, but it did on my neighbor's 99.

another question... will i be okay running a 245 tire on the 10.5 inch rim? asking beacuse i won't have the drag radials for a few weeks.

I am going to say no. I had the 275/40 BF drag radials on, and they were definately stretched out...... but usable. A 245/45 will be pushing it.

no...friend of mine had 245s on a 9" rim and the rim stuck out really bad, it looked horrible. I don't think anything smaller would have fit, and that was on a 9"
