looking at buying a 94 with 410 how hard to change
 

I am not a mechanic or the most up to date, but I don't think I want 410's, how hard and or expensive is it to change out? I am sure I would want a mechanic to do it but what can I expect for parts and labor. Thanks.

Gears are not easy to get correct. If you have never done them or do not have help who knows what they are doing, then it might be best to leave it to a shop.
Might drive the car with 4.10's and see how you like it. I have 3.73's and I thing they are perfect for a NA street car. The 4.10's are better for the strip. I'm thinking about changing to 3.55's with the blower. I thinking about doing it myself as I have helped change them before but never by myself.
Cost wise, I'm guesing here, should be around $400, on the cheap side, and up.
