M-9926-D464 TB question

Saw one yesterday. This is kinda cool. The guy who has it has a 03 w/7k on it. Is thinking of installing this tb. Looks like my twin 65 except is a real stock looking unit with a single blade and open oval. Also has svo engraved on the blade. Anyone used this? Wondering if it is good, bad or indifferent.
