If the brake pads are a high friction/high performance/competition pad that could explain the noise. They squeak until they got hot. Race track hot. Check what type of pad you have when you pull them to lube them. Be careful and make sure you don't get lube on the (front) contact surface of the pad or on the rotors. Make sure you have brake cleaner. The rear brakes should have anti-rattle clips on the pads, but I can't remember if the stock front brakes do.
