Question Camshaft Question

I am looking at two camshafts for my 95 cobra. The first is a Ford Racing E303 Cam. Duration: Int-282,220 / Exh-282,220; Valve Lift is Int-0.498, Exh-0.498. Then there is the Ford Racing B303 Cam. Duration: Int-284,224 / Exh-284,224; Valave lift is Int-0.480, Exh-0.480. Which would be the best street/ strip cam? Also what are the stock specs on the 95 cobra cam? Would it be worth the money to swop cams since the cobras came with a bigger one anyways? Also what kind of power would be predicted? Help is needed badly! Thanks, Andrew.
