I bought this literally 4 months ago. I have also returned it to Escort on 5/2/13 for the most recent software update. This was a impulse buy. I usually don't do much traveling and work 8 miles from work. I also bought the upgraded window mount and all booklets and paperwork is included. This plugged into the stang once and is like buying one brand new. Cost was 500+ including mount.
