SCMC/Pro-Dyno Cruise-In -- Fort Mill, SC -- March 12, 2016

The SCMC and Pro-Dyno are planning for a early Spring cruise-in/Dyno day at Pro-Dyno on March 12, 2016. If you missed our fall event, you won't want to miss this one! Last Spring the event had over 400 Mustangs in attendance so be sure to come out to our 2016 event!!

This is our first "official" show of the year and we want to start off with a bang. There is a $10.00 charge to enter the show, get the lunch, and be eligible for door prizes. This is our way of thanking everyone for coming out in 2015 while raising money for the local food bank.

Even if you are not entering the show, you must register to get a free meal ticket.

Dyno pulls will be $60.00 for three pulls including Air/fuel. The sign-up sheet is first come first serve, and we will be doing pulls and tunes. Please put this on your calendars (Save the date) so we can have a good turnout.

As you know, we gave away hundreds of dollars worth of door prizes at the event and we expect to do the same again this Spring.

Judging starts at 12:00 noon and awards will be given out around 2:00 p.m.

As in March of 2015, all Terminators will park on the street underneath the Cherry Trees. All Shelbys will have a line reserved for them in the back. SCMC members take priority for the reserved Shelby parking spots.

There are no judging sheets for this event; we will send out a few judges to pick the best in each class. All winning selections are final as we put a lot of work into this event. You're getting the show portion of the event for free, don't mess it up for everyone else by complaining!

Hi I was there at your last event and it was great but I only have one suggestion, there is any way to keep the categories together, I know you have a lot of cars and is hard but at the last event I was registered for the event and I was by my car all day and no judge came by even once, I am 100% sure that my car was not seen so if there is any way of organizing this better it will be great, again is only a suggestion nothing negative about the event, thank you.

Thanks for your suggestion. Sometimes it is very difficult to actually get to every car because they are spread out so much so I am open for suggestion. We have a golf cart to go out and look at the cars and we have a list of cars that actually showed up even after they preregistered when they come to registration. Did you have a window card on your car?

Yes I had a window card, again I suggest to keep the groups together, one section for group A, another for group B, and so on and so forth. and try to keep the back parking lot only for the cars that are participating, last time they were a lot of cars in the back parking not participating the car show, thank you.

Tell you what, if you can come up with a viable way to park cars and keep them together, I'll be happy to implement it. I'd like to have an easier way to make this event a little better organized, thanks.

As for cars not showing, just come to the registration trailer and if there is a car there without a window card, I'll make them move out of the back lot.

You will never get all types of cars together. People coming and going at all times of the day. As for cars in the backlot. I think scmc members and pro dyno customers should have a spot in this area. You got to make it a benefit to be a member of the club. Some of these people get there at dawn filling up the lot and some coming at the scheduled time are parking in Rock Hill.

Again it was just a suggestion but if is not feasible is ok , like I said before is a great event any way.

I understand and with the additions of a few more features for this Spring, even more cars will be out of the back lot. We'll be having a Croftgate display, Virtual Racing display, and maybe an RC display which will take up even more room in the back. Keep checking here for more details. We will have a golf cart for judges so they will not have to walk the entire industrial park.

I just got the chance to register for the show tomorrow, but noticed that it says you must be registered by the 10th to participate. Is that highly enforced, or will I still be entered?
