H&R Springs and 315's ?

anyone running H&R Springs and 315's out back? I am planning on getting some 03 replica rims 17x10 and mounting 315's but also plan on getting h&r springs and I dont know if there will be an issue with rubbing or not.

I guess it all depends on what brand of tire your going with..

I was running 315 Nitto DR on stock 03 rims with H&R super sports and had no problems..But I have heard that the BFG DR would rub for some reason.

I've got some 10.5 x 17 on my 04' and I'm running the Goodyear D3's and I used a .25" spacer to prevent the wheels from hitting the IRS bolt! I have a little rubbing issue with the fender lip, but that's only on the dips before bridges and stuff like that. The Nitto's are more narrow than the tire I'm running so you won't have any issues. I'm going to roll my fender lip and that will take care of mine.

Good luck!

Tire size is just a window that the tire maker has to come close to...some are dead on the measurment (Nitto) others are a little bigger than the actual measurement (BFG,Mich...etc.) I have 298/35-18's and the H&R race springs. They scuff the inside fender on really hard turns...don't know how it will effect an IRS mustang though.
