Improvement on the existing design?

What does everybody think of this?



That's just a rendering... trying to come up with some ideas.

Making a lightweight racing hood... liftoff style, but still really stiff... using a mold from the stock hood, I'll make a plug, and modify the plug to look like that design, and make a new mold.

Should I leave it a 2000 Cobra R style, or look at a heat extractor style, 95 Cobra R style... the front radiator opening will be reduced about 60% in FR500 fashion... not all the way like the FR500 though. This would actually enhance cooling under most circumstances believe it or not, help aero and add some downforce.
