Full Throttle Fall Fest - Virginia International Raceway -- November 12-13, 2016

SVT Cobra Mustang Club/Shelby GT500 Club and Track Club USA are proud to present the "Full Throttle Fall Fest."

It is also a "Meet for all Shelby GT500 owners." Owners can have a group photo of their cars on track. Have their cars displayed in the Gallery for Saturday night dinner, and get some on track shots of their cars.

The event will be held at the world class location of Virginia International Raceway in Alton, VA, just east of Danville, VA.

The Fest will consist of two days of open track. Also available will be on site karting, skeet shooting, virtual racing, car show. and more....

The first 10 people to sign up before August 1, 2016 can take a $100.00 discount in leiu of the $55.00 discount provided they mail in a check and a hard copy registration form. The $55.00 discount is good till October 17, 2016 and again is only good with a mail in registration. (You cannot take both discounts) The first 10 people will be listed in this thread and once we reach that number, the $55.00 discount goes into effect.

Earn a $25.00 discount for every new person you sign up for any TCUSA/SCMC event. The person you sign up does not have to be a green student but must never have run with us before. For example: sign up 5 new people, get $125.00 off your registration fee.

We will be running the full course on both Saturday and Sunday.

The hard copy registration form can now be downloaded for those that want to pay with a check. Your options include two day on track registration, one day on track registration, hyperdrive (one 30 minute session on track in your car), or parade lap fee. You do not have to pay for parade laps if you already paid for either a one day or two day registration fee, the parade laps are included in that purchase.

The car show is free if you purchase parade laps and did not pay for an on track day so sign up early as the car show is a preregistration event only, that means you cannot sign up for the car show on the day of the event. You must preregister or you cannot enter the show. However, you can still pay for parade laps the day of the event. Sign up for the car show here:

Please read this carefully as everyone need to understand how you can win a set of brake pads by Carbotech sponsored by Carbotech or a set of HRE wheels sponsered by Capital Ford of Rocky Mount, or any other great prizes we will be giving away at the Saturday night dinner.

In order to win certain prizes at the Saturday night dinner, you must meet the following criteria.

1. You must have paid for at least one track day, either Saturday or Sunday, or both prior to October 17, 2016. Car show entry does not qualify you for certain prizes but you may win other prizes at the Saturday night banquet.

2. You must pay for the Saturday night banquet by October 17, 2016. Family members are not eligible to win unless they paid for an on track day.

3. Your name must be drawn from the random drawing for that particular prize at the November 12, 2016 banquet at Virginia International Raceway.

ATTENTION: October 17 is the cutoff date for the early bird registration, it is also the date for you to win any one of the following prizes at the banquet. You can still register after the 17th but you will not be eligible to win the top awards at the banquet. These door prizes include:

1. One set of four 18 x 10 HRE wheels, a $800.00 plus value
2. One set of Carbotech brake pads, a $400.00 plus value
3. One of two event blankets
4. One SVT Superfest weekend for track only, a $650.00 value
5. Surprise door prizes we will list later.

Saturday Night Dinner will be held in the Gallery. In order for the track to cook the correct amount of food for us, you will have to prepay for the dinner. There will be door prizes that are useful that we will be raffling off.

Saturday Night Meal - Remember, there will not be a Friday Night Social, only on Saturday.

Meal Cost: $30.00 per person (Includes all VA taxes and fees) You prepay for this portion.
