Question shock/strut?'s

On my 01 is some stock low mileage 04 springs and I really like the difference in cornering and such. I now have a little too much jounce. What is the difference in the dampening rate of the shocks/struts from the 01 to the 04? Is there a not so expensive adjustable set available? Or should I replace my stock shocks/struts w/04's?

The 04 bilsteins are roughly 20% higher rate in the front and %27 higher rate in the back. The cheapest solution is to get some 04 bilsteins that someone took off for a good price. I got my 03 bilsteins for real cheap new, but I guess ford figured out they were a hot item and bumped the price up to where the aftermarket stuff is. So used takeoff might be the cheapest route.
