JLT Intake + '97 Cobra = No strut tower brace

I want the damn JLT CAI but if i get it, what am I going to do, I don't want to sacrifice handling for the intake...Are there any STBs that will fit with the JLT? Or does anyone have a better suggestion? Thanks!

one of our members has a modified strut tower brace, that accomadates the JLT. It looks like it works.

custom is the only way to go with the JLT. It sucks, but if you have a fab shop near by, they can make you one

I know the JLT units look great. However I went with the K&N FIPK kit that way you don't have to mod the brace and get the same benifits. Just a suggestion.

I am using the Western Motorsports CAI. I don't have the complete kit yet, but will soon. They claim 10-20hp gain, and I don't have to sacrifice the stb. If you get the ceramic coated, it looks pretty nice.
