Official Registration for the SCMC HPDE @ Gingerman September 19-21, 2008

Join the SCMC for some on track fun at Gingerman Raceway. The event consists of two days of open track with in car instruction available and a Mustang and Ford Show.

The open track portion of this event is a school with in car instruction where you can safely drive your car the way it was built to be driven. This portion of the event is limited to the first 75 students/drivers.

Please be sure to download both the registration form and the events packet. The registration form is in adobe and MS Word in case you do not have the updated version of Adobe Acrobat.

You can pay on line in the store at www.scmcstore.com or mail your entry form to the following address:

SVT Cobra Mustang Club
C/O Tony Sorrentino
P.O. Box 37376
Rock Hill, SC 29732

Registration is open for this event.

Lodging

We have arranged for a block of rooms at the hotel below. To make reservations please contact the hotel at the number listed below and inform them you are with the SVT Cobra Mustang Club.

Holiday Inn Express 269-637-8800
This is the same hotel we stayed at last year. Parking for trucks and trailers is very limited. I suggest you arrive in time Friday to drop trailers at the track. The rate (total including taxes) is $87.22 per night for a room with two queen beds.

There will be camping at the facility but you will have to pay a camping fee of $?? per night and it must be paid to the track.

Yes, we have it for 2.5 days this year because last year when we arrived, several of us wanted to go out on track and we couldn't. This year when we get there early in the afternoon, we will go out on track and then start registration for the weekend from 5:00 - 7:00 p.m.

Track time....gotta love it!

I'm ready for the weekend and seeing you all again. I do have people asking about the show already so that is really great news for us who do not race. Plus we get excellant entertainment.

I can't get all that money in an envelope

All that cash will take too much postage! Will we see you on the 4th in Woodridge?

We'll get it up in the store in the next few weeks. I can host up a MS Word document for those that want to mail their fees in.

Looking forward to getting back on track with our fellow MI members!

I'm in, but you've got to check the numbers on the Holiday Inn pricing. Maybe they just boost it up for Marylander's.
