Hello to all. I have just joined the group. I bought a very nice one owner 98 white convert in August. She is straight and all original. I am currently in the process of swapping out, and upgrading the rear suspension, to be followed by the front end. I bought the car with 98K on it and it still runs strong. It passed the emission test here in California (San Jose area) so I know the engine is doing pretty well. The original owner was faced with a 13 year son who was begging him not to sell it so he could have it. We parents all know better then that, and now it is mine.

The car will be a nice summer weekend driver for me, meant to provide a little fun for an old guy like myself. My wife enjoys cruising top down, and even though she won't admit it, she likes the sound of the factory exhaust.

I read many of the forum posts before deciding to buy the car last August. The posts were most helpful to me, so thanks to all who post their information.
