Question Looking to buy 95 Cobra

I've got my sights set on a black with black leather interior 1995 Cobra SVT Coupe with just about 100,000 miles. The mods are BBK Headers, 2 1/2" X pipe with 2 1/2 Flowmaster cat-back system(although I remember something about how you cant have the cats on with an X pipe if someone could clarify that), with the rest being stock. As far as I've seen its in pretty good condition. Oh, I should also mention it has an automatic transmission. The owner is asking $8k. I'm not sure if this is too high but so far i haven't see any lower in my area. Any help is appreciated.

Google the VIN and see if it is a real Cobra.
