Question about the seats in the 2001 Cobras

I have been looking at a few different 2001 Cobra Mustangs and have noticed something. In most of the cars that I have seen, the center inserts seem to be worn and dirty compared to the rest of the material. Some even look like an effort was made to clean them but it looks like it just smeared the dirt around. Below is an example of the front passenger seat of a 2001 Cobra with 50,000 miles. Is this a known problem with that material, or have I just seen a few examples of owners that do not know how to care for these seats?>>

The inserts are suede, they are going to get dirty, period! (Unless, you keep plastic on them all the time)

The link to seat picture

That is strange, the link works for me when I click on it. So it sounds like those type of seats can get dirty easily without the proper care
