Dragon Run Help Needed

Due to Steve's work schedule and my having to leave on Saturday after the show to go to VIR, we currently do not have anyone to lead the group for the Dragon Run. We don't want to cancel the Dragon Run, but in order to do it we will need a couple of volunteers to take over for this year.

So, if you are familar with the route, and are willing to take care of this, please let me know either by posting here or by email. I will also talk to our regulars on Saturday that normally go with us on the Dragon Run.

A final announcement about the Dragon Run will be made at the end of the show before awards are given out, and a short meeting will be held after the award presentation if we are able to do the Dragon Run. Don't count this out yet, I'm sure we will have some people step up and volunteer to do this. Tennessee is known as the volunteer state.

Next year we will be able to have this event and the VIR event on separate dates so it will not be a problem. Thanks for your help and understanding.

I'm not going to post a list of preregistered people due to time constraints, but I do want everyone to know we do have 20 people preregistered for the event already.

Shawn, that would be greatly appreciated. Allan has another helper lined up so between the two of you, everything should be good to go. Allan can give you the details...

Because of football committments, I won't be coming to the car show on Saturday, but was wanting to come down for the Dragon Run on Sunday. Even though Steve & Crystal won't be leading it this year, will the Dragon Run still begin at the Krystal Restaurant at the intersection of I-40 & Lovell Rd at 7:00 am? If the weather is nice I still want to come down for Sunday's cruising through the mountains. I hope to see you all there!

Yes, the meeting point will still be at Krystal's at 7 with a departure time of 7:30. As of now the weather looks much nicer for Sunday than Saturday.

Yes, Dan with Pro-Dyno is supposed to be back again this year. The only potential kink at this point will be what the weather does on Saturday.

if you know we can get a good number of people to dyno/tune then Dan will be there even if he has to set up inside the garage area...

I'm one of the local interesting in using the dyno. How much for the pulls, and I assume you all don't mind if a Camaro smells up the joint.

I think it is $55.00 for three pulls with air fuel metering..
