Exhaust rasp sound question with X pipe

I have an 01 and I put on Flowmaster Catback American Thunder with a BBK off road X-Pipe. The car sounds really good but I do have a annoying rasp sound from the exhaust around 1200-2500 RPMs. Has anybody ran into te same problem? I put the Flowmasters on about 2 weeks before the X-Pipe and the noise wasnt present. Was thinking about trying a H-Pipe but kinda dont want to waste the 200 dollars. Any help would be great. Thanks

the off road x midpipe will give you the rasp. If you don't want the rasp, or less rasp, go with a catted x pipe

If you get a slp x-pipe,upr it will not sound like the bbk one. I have had both and the design on the upr and slp don't have the x-chamber.
