How about the Cheddars on 290 and Telge? A little bit out of the way for some, but Cheddars is good.

Every thing that I do with this club is "a little bit out of the way" from my house.

We have been down there most of the summer. Still rebuilding, but making progress towards fininshing. It should withstand the next storm better and be easier to rebuild. I have learned much with this experience.

-Don't get into a pissing contest with the building inspector!
-Cover all work done over the weekend so building inspector can't see what was done!
-Start from the middle and work your way to the outside!
-Make friends with the building inspector!
-Have an engineer on stand-by to argue with the building inspector!
-Run off all crazy neighbors!

I would think someone with your background in construction would have this "building inspector" thing all ready figured out.

It's not my fault I/we know more than he does. I am amazed that you can get into that position without any engineering back ground!
