Watkins Glen...........where to stay.

For those planning to make the Watkins Glen trip. Unless things have changed since I was up there two years ago, we will not be able to stay at the track. That plus it is the fall of the year could make motel bookings tight.

I think we should all plan to stay at the Senecal Lodge as the place has a great racing heritage. The Grand Prix boys and their girls used it as the "host" hotel when the US Grand Prix was being run at Watkins Glen. Great stories.

Here is the website and a photo........................

I am sure we will also have some great stories to tell after this trip.

Thanks,

The Seneca Lodge is a great place to stay....its close to the track, campfires at night, it doesnt get any better than that....A few of my buddies from Club Cranky (ac cobra club) will be there at the same time, so you'll surely be entertained by those guys....
