National Mustang Weekend - SVT Superfest - April 16-18, 2021 - Virginia International Raceway

Come and join the SVT Cobra Mustang Club for its National Mustang Weekend Celebration (SVT Superfest) to be held on April 17-18, 2021. You do not have to be an SVT owner or Mustang owner in order to participate in the event but if you want to drive on track over the weekend, you must be a member of one of these two clubs.

The event will be held at the world class location of Virginia International Raceway in Alton, VA, just east of Danville, VA. The event will consist of open track, a Mustang, and Ford Show, and a Saturday night social.

Also available will be on site karting, skeet shooting, portable dyno by Pro-Dyno, and more....

If you plan to stay at the track, you will need the following information. Call extension 101.

April 16, 2021 - What happens:

1. First 75 people who register for the on track portion of the event will receive a complimentary event tee shirt or whoever registers prior to the March 22, 2021 cutoff date if it exceeds 75. Please do not ask if you get a tee if you register after March 22, 2021 because the answer is negative. There will be a list of people posted in this forum as to who gets an event tee, the first 75 people to sign up for either the car show or the track event are eligible. Car show participants must purchase their event tee separately.

2. Early bird discount ends. This year we are offering a one day discount prior to March 22, 2021. This is the first year for us doing that so take advantage of it while it lasts. Two day discount ends and goes to the full event price of $550.00. Take advantage of the discount prior to March 22, 2021 as no discounts or event tees will be available after March 22, 2021. There is an on track late fee the week of the event.


Venues are as follows:

On Track Pricing = $550.00 for two days with a $50.00 discount if you mail a check prior to March 22, 2021 $295.00 for one day with a $20.00 discount if you mail a check prior to March 22, 2021.
Car Show/Display Saturday Only = $20.00 Includes your car load of friends/family
Spectator Car load of people = No spectators, you must register for parade laps on line in order to attend the event or put your car on display.
Parade laps = $20.00
Event Tee = $20.00


We will be running the VIR full course over the weekend

On Track/HPDE Insurance:

Do not sign up to be an instructor for this event without being confirmed by Tony, otherwise you may not be approved to instruct. If your name is not on the instructor list, you are not confirmed as an instructor.
